Where is Cordoba Academy located?

Cordoba Academy is located conveniently in Lynwood off I-5 on a private road. The address is: 3210 200th PL SW Lynwood WA 98036.

What grades do you serve?

Cordoba Academy currently serves K-6th Grade.

What is the tuition?

Kindergarten through 6th Grade tuition is $600 per month per student.

Is there a multiple student discount?

Because our tuition is already subsidized, we offer an honorary discount of 50 dollars for additional students if parents are experiencing financial hardship. They must fill out a financial request form to qualify.

What are the credentials of the teaching staff?

What is the Islamic studies curriculum?

Cordoba Academy utilizes Safar Academy, based out of the United Kingdom. You can find complete information about the curriculum at https://safarpublication.org.

What are the school hours of instructions?

Currently, instruction for the school runs Monday through Thursday from 8:45am until 3:30pm. And Friday 9:00a until 11:30a. Our Educational Kindergarten program is 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday, 8:00a - 12:00p.

What is the academic curriculum?

The academic accreditation for grades K-6 is Columbia Virtual Academy. In alignment with Common Core State Standards, we use Moving Beyond the Page. You may visit www.movingbeyondthepage.com for more information.

Is there a dress code?

Yes, there is for Grades 1-6. The purpose of implementing such guidelines is to inculcate modesty - a distinct characteristic of a Muslim. Modesty beautifies us both inwardly and outwardly as it adheres to the blessed Sunnah of our Beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and invokes the love of Allah (Most Exalted). We dress for success in this life and the next!
